This is "Calliope" by Debi Minter.. forum name BDCat2u/ GlassLass
She's 11 inches tall, made out of Muslin, designer fabric, silk ribbons, seed beads, small accent beads, dichroic glass cabs made by me and sequins.  Several stitches were used to complete her including bead embroidery, peyote ruffles, and fringe. She now resides in the private collection of Leslie Sirag.
