The title of this piece is:

This is my most current piece.
 This is a real, full sized violin and case. 36 faces adorn the inside case lid, representing an audience. On the back of the case lid are several dozen hands, representing the applause of an audience.  The violin has 3 faces on the top portion, representing an orchestra of 3 violinists.
